Lips</a>. 388.</p> <p>The work extends only over the first two chapters (مقصد), or the philosophical part, of the<em> </em><em>Tajr&icirc;d</em> [ed note: i. e.&nbsp;<em>Tajrīd al-iʿtiqād</em>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<a href="https://id.oclc.org/worldcat/entity/E39PBJmtyX9GkP4yxtHT6v7CQq">Naṣīr al-dīn al-Ṭūsī</a>&nbsp;(d. 1274 CE)], the two parts dealing with general ontology (<a href="http://mullasadra.blogspot.com/2014/01/the-summary-of-belief-tajrid-al-itiqad.html"><em>umūr ʿāmma</em></a>) and substance and accident (<a href="http://mullasadra.blogspot.com/2014/01/the-summary-of-belief-tajrid-al-itiqad.html"><em>jawhar wa-ʿaraḍ</em></a>).&nbsp;</p> <p>It begins with the preface of Ṭ&ucirc;s&icirc;, instead of that of Iṣfah&acirc;n&icirc;, as follows:</p> <p>قوله اما بعد حمد واجب الوجود علی نعمائه خص بالذکر من صفاته العلی ما هو اخص به تع</p> <p>&nbsp;The first gloss on words of Iṣfah&acirc;n&icirc; is:</p> <p>قوله لما کان علم الکلام...اعترض بانّ ما ذکره الخ<sup>1</sup></p> <p>Well written, by Ibr&acirc;h&icirc;m b. &lsquo;Abdallah, for Saiyid Shams al-d&icirc;n Muḥammad &Acirc;tash&icirc;.
