The analysis showed the relationships among Brasilonema species and Cyanobacteria of the same order (Nostocales), using Gloeobacter violaceus as the external functional group. Bootstrap values at supported nodes (> 50%) are given for Maximum Likelihood, and Maximum Parsimony values only in the cluster with Brasilonema.
