Fossil samples from Abaco and Grand Bahama in the Bahamas, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Grand Cayman include skulls or partial skulls that can be confidently identified as the Cuban crocodile (Crocodylus rhombifer). All other records consist of fragmentary or isolated specimens identified as either Crocodylus sp. or Crocodylia indeterminate.
