Phylogeny built using Bayesian inference analysis of the concatenated data set of two mitochondrial markers (cytochrome b and 16S) and one nuclear marker (the breast cancer gene, BRCA) (1852 bp). Values represented above and below branches are Bayesian posterior probabilities and bootstrap values (maximum likelihood, 1000 replicates), respectively. The tree was rooted with addition of three Soricinae shrews Neomys fodiens, Soriculus nigrescens, and Nectogale elegans.
