Scribe, ‘Abd al-mu’min. According to an ill-written note at the end, this copy, text and notes, was taken from a MS. which had been revised by the author.

The text of foll. 15-17 is in a state of confusion.

There are slight defects after foll. 2 and 44.

The title-page has the following inscription :هذا شرح على حواشى للعلامة الدوّانى يدفع الغواشى عن التهذيب و حاشية لما يقصده الشارح الجارح و الحمد على التوفيق.

The book is, however, wrongly described as شرح تجلیلات در علم حقایق و سلوک by a more modern hand ; cf. Cat. 232, xxiii.

1 The text of the following passage is rather incorrect.

2 On the title-page we find the date, 5th Rabî’ I., 988, which apparently refers to completion of this copy.
