<p>This dataset contains supporting information and data for the preprint:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/635672v2.abstract">Scalable dynamic characterization of synthetic gene circuits</a>.</p> <p>The dataset contains the following 3 files:</p> <ul> <li>DynamicCharacterizationGenbanks.zip: This zip contains Genbank files that describe the sequence information of the genetic circuits that have been built and characterized in this manuscript.&nbsp;</li> <li>DynamicCharacterizationWrapper.zip: This zip contains the models and data files of the case studies that run using&nbsp;the Dynamic Characterization wrapper CLI tool.&nbsp;</li> <li>GECWebserver.zip:&nbsp;This zip contains the models and data files of the case studies that run using&nbsp;the GEC (Genetic Engineering of Cells) Web server tool.</li> </ul>
