AḤMAD.</p> <p>Begins:عز من على اعلام كبريائه .... و بعد فيقول احوج العبيد .. ابوالحسن بن احمد ختم الله له بالحسنى لمّا تاملت فى مباحث الوجود العلمى و الظهور الذهنى الخ.</p> <p>It consists of an introductory لمعة and two اشراق.</p> <p>In the first of the latter (fol. 3<em>v</em>.) the author mentions nine difficult questions, which bad been unsatisfactorily discussed by preceding philosophers; and in the second (fol. 6) he undertakes to ascertain the truth regarding them.</p> <p>Well written in two Nasta&rsquo;l&icirc;ḳ hands. Dated 1st Muḥarram, 1013 (?).¹ Injured by insects.</p> <p>This MS. was made a وقف , for the use of students, by its owner, Mu&rsquo;&icirc;zz al-d&icirc;n Muḥammad Tustar&icirc;, commonly called ملا حلقى, the famous Malik &lsquo;Anbar being witness thereto.</p> <p>This appears from a note on the title-page, which seems to be written by Malik &rsquo;Anbar himself.</p> <p>Erroneously inscribed حاشيه ملا مرزاجان بر شرح مطالع ; cf.
