From eleven to fourteen lines in a page.</p> <p>A treatise on Logic, styled سُلَّم العلوم , by Ḳ&acirc;ḍi MUḤIBB ALLAH b. &lsquo;Abd al-shak&ucirc;r Bah&acirc;r&icirc; (d. A.H. 1119).</p> <p>This treatise and its commentaries have been printed in India. Cf. Bibl. Sprenger., nos. 1787-1791, and also Stewart&rsquo;s Catal. 123, 1.</p> <p>Begins:سبحانه ما اعظم شانه لا يحدّ و لا يتصوّر .... اما بعد فهذه رسالة فى صناعة الميزان سميتها بسلم العلوم الخ.</p> <p>Well written in Nasta&rsquo;l&icirc;ḳ, with many notes. Has the following colophon:تمت من تصنيف قاضى محب الله كاتبه شيخ ابراهيم شريف زاده و مالكه فضيلت مآب ملا محمد پاينده سلمه الله تعالى بروز چهارشنبه بتاریخ بیست چهارم محرم الحرام هجری سنه ١١٤٨ جلوس و الا محمد شاه سنه٧ (!).</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
