The 2021 PyAOS Census

<p>The Python for Atmosphere and Ocean Science (PyAOS) <a href="http://https://pyaos.github.io/">website</a> and mailing list was established almost a decade ago to provide information and resources to the user community. In order to keep the site up-to-date, the first ever PyAOS census collected responses from May to July 2021. There were 144 participants in the survey and the results are summarised at:</p> <p>https://pyaos.github.io/census/</p> <p>This repository includes:</p> <ul> <li>README.txt: A copy of the survey questions</li> <li>census.csv: Responses to all single-answer questions</li> <li>question*.csv: Responses for questions where more than one answer could be given.</li> <li>*.py: Python scripts that were used to help clean the responses to question 16</li> </ul>
