Nineteen lines in a page.</p> <p>تاريخ يمينى</p> <p>The History of the first two Ghaznavides, Subuktigîn and Maḥmûd, by Abu Naṣr Muḥammad b. ‘Abd al-jabbâr ‘UTBÎ (d. about A.H. 427).</p> <p>This work was published by Maulawî Mamlûk al-‘Alî and Dr. Sprenger, At Dehli, 1847. Cf. Sir Ḥ. Elliot, Hist. of India, ed. Dowson, ii. 14 sqq. ; Cat. Mus. Brit 152, 551, etc.</p> <p>A valuable copy, beautifully written, with vowel-points. Both the beginning and end have been supplied by a more modern hand. Injured by insects.</p> <p>Fol. 23 should be placed after 18, fol. 134 after 138, and fol. 204 after 198.</p> <p>Seals of H.
