Data for the central values of L-functions of elliptic curves twisted by Dirichlet characters and their algebraic and integer values

<p>The&nbsp;data set contains the source codes for two command line programs to compute the&nbsp;numerical values of the&nbsp;central L-values of the L-functions of elliptic curves twisted by primitive Dirichlet characters and their related arithmetic values.</p> <p>twists-main.zip contains two command line programs: twists_clve and twists_ailve.
