Starting Coordinates for DNA Polymerase III* WT and Mutants
<p>Included are the starting coordinates and parameters for both MD and QM/MM simulations of DNA Polymerase III* of <em>E. coli</em>. The mutants studied were ß-L82E/L82'E and ß-L82D/L82'D. Systems studied include one with shorter DNA and the other with longer DNA.</p>
