Fermi-LAT transients in the Galactic plane

<p>It is a basic reproduction package for the paper titled &quot;An update on Fermi-LAT transients in the Galactic plane, including strong activity of Cygnus X-3 in mid-2020&quot; by Dmitry Prokhorov and Anthony Moraghan. This package includes data products for&nbsp;reproducing&nbsp;the main results of the paper,&nbsp;https://arxiv.org/abs/2209.12461.
