Lipid metabolism, fatty acid composition and meat quality in broilers supplemented with increasing levels of defrosted black soldier fly larvae

<p>Dataset for the experiment&nbsp;to evaluate the effects of increasing levels of whole black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) in broiler diets on lipid metabolism, fatty acid composition, and meat quality of birds.
