(Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1,</strong></a>&nbsp;<strong>number 3267 here with notations and hyperlinks].</strong></li> </ul> <p>862</p> <p>Another copy of the <em>first half</em> of the poem.</p> <p>This copy, with the older preface on fol. 1<sup>b</sup>, contains only the <em>first half</em>, respectively the <em>first two books</em> of the Sh&acirc;hn&acirc;ma; Book I begins on fol. 8<sup>b</sup>, Book II on fol. 163<sup>b</sup>; the first goes down to Afr&acirc;siy&acirc;b&rsquo;s hearing of the flight of the Ir&acirc;nians; the second to Arj&acirc;sp&rsquo;s death by the hand of Isfandiy&acirc;r. All the rest of the poem is wanting. No date. The copyist was Muḥammad F&acirc;ḍil, known as ادها بنى اسرائيل كولوى. A few various readings on the margin.</p> <p>No. 3267, olim 11.
