SIMCor - Clinically driven Virtual Cohort Generator for aortic valve geometries

<p>This video demonstrates the generator for virtual geometries of the aortic rude, including the aortic valve leaflets based on clinically driven features. Two clinically relevant features: the type of the left ventricular outlet (LVOT) shape, either convergent or divergent, as well as the angle between LVOT and the aorta can be specified. Based on a statistical shape model and appropriate filtering strategies, virtual patients featuring the specified anatomical characteristics are then generated.</p>
