Manual time-lapse at 50°C of DNA-droplets after addition of amphiphile
<p>Time-lapse microscopy data of DNA-nanomotifs (color channel 1) and amphiphilic nanomotifs (color channel 2), samples were incubated at 50°C in a thermocycler, time-step between measurements is 10 min. Imaging was performed at an ambient temperature of 40°C within the microscope enclosure.
