<p>Dataset from the study titled: "Effects of grip position on forearm muscle surface electromyography activity during maximal isometric finger dead-hangs in rock climbers"</p> <p>The dataset includes data from: participant's characteristics, maximal absolute and BW relative loads used during dead-hangs, EMG RMS data for each of the registered muscles and grip positions, and neuromuscular efficiency data for each muscle and grip position.</p>
