(Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1,</strong></a>&nbsp;<strong>number 736 here with notations and hyperlinks].</strong></li> </ul> <p>1035</p> <p>Three mathnaw&icirc;s by Far&icirc;d-ald&icirc;n &lsquo;Aṭṭ&acirc;r.</p> <p>This copy contains:</p> <p>1.Manṭiḳ-alṭair, on fol. 1^b.</p> <p>2.Jaw&acirc;hir-aldh&acirc;t or Jauhar-i-dh&acirc;t, <em>first</em> daftar on fol. 64^b, in a very defective and abridged form, the first page is left blank, and the mathnaw&icirc; begins on fol. 65^a with this bait:</p> <p>كمانرا دور گردان از بر خويش</p> <p>یقین را دان حقيقت ره بر خويش</p> <p>Corresponding to fol. 9^a, l. 3, No. 2039 (1046 in this Cat., the fullest copy of the poem); the second chapter on the same page, beginning: الا اى جان و دلرا الخ, corresponds to fol. 16^b, l. 3 ab infra in the same copy; the last but two baits to fol. 160^b, l. 10; the last two baits of the present copy are not found in No. 2039. On fol. 64^a, and in the colophon at the end, the poem is wrongly styled اشترنامه.</p> <p>3.Gul u Khusrau, on fol. 173^b.</p> <p>No date. Very good and correct copy.</p> <p>No. 736, ff. 1-269, 4 coll., each ll. 21; clear and distinct Nasta&rsquo;l&icirc;ḳ; an illuminated frontispiece at the beginning of each mathnaw&icirc;; size, 15^1/8 in. by 9^7/8 in.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
