Registros biológicos de plantas potencialmente nutricias de abejas nativas mexicanas identificadas a partir de observaciones de Naturalista (actualización 2022/09)

Biological records of potentially nutrient plants of mexican wild bees identified from Naturalista (Mexican iNaturalist Node) observations. This is an interinstitutional effort for taxonomic curation and mobilization of plant observations that appear in photos of bees compiled by the project “Xicotli Data: Native Bees and their flowers” (https://www.naturalista.mx/projects/xicotli-data-abejas-mexicanas-y-sus-flores). It seeks to maximize the use of the available observations in Naturalista. Thus, it is expected to contribute to the documentation of the native plant-bee interactions. This resource has two datasets:

Full iNaturalist API response from worked XicotliData project data, not research level records

A DwC extract from the same iNaturalist data.

All the records were examined by our team of bee especialists and plant taxonomist experts.

This dataset has been generated within the framework of the project “Integration of biodiversity data of wild bee-plant interactions in Mexico” (https://www.gbif.org/es/project/BID-CA2020-021-NAC/integration-of-biodiversity-data-of-wild-bee-plant-interactions-in-mexico).
