(Marie Trussart, Charis E Teh, Tania Tan, Lawrence Leong, Daniel HD Gray, Terence P Speed (2020) Removing unwanted variation with CytofRUV to integrate multiple CyTOF datasets eLife 9:e59630 https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.59630), which was adopt here for testing the batch normalisation function of BinaryClust2. </p>
