The stations were located at Guadingjiao (M1), inside the bar (M2), and outside the bar (M3), and sampling was simultaneously conducted at neap tide (NT) from July 31 to August 1 and spring tide (ST) from August 8 to August 9 in 2017. All observation data has been compiled to include data from the surface to the bottom six layers within 26 hours.
