Coralshift Master of Research Project Toy Datasets

Datasets simplified to reduce computational demand and/or limited to <a href="http://pid.geoscience.gov.au/dataset/ga/115066">Great Barrier Reef A</a>.</p> <p><strong>GBR_A_Couce_comparison.nc </strong>– time-parameterised statistics for comparison to Couce et al. (<a href="https://doi.org/10.1111/j.1365-2699.2012.02706.x">2013</a>, <a href="https://doi.org/10.1111/gcb.16690">2023</a>).</p> <p><strong>GBR_A_all_variables_timeseries.nc </strong>– annual means of all variables used in the accompanying report.</p>
