Test clustered weather dataset for s2spy workflow

<p>This dataset contains sea surface temperature (SST) over the Pacific and clustered 2 meter temperature (T2M) over North America. It is&nbsp;used in the example workflow of&nbsp;s2spy/lilio packages.
