(Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1,</strong></a>&nbsp;<strong>number 2082 here with notations and hyperlinks].</strong></li> </ul> <p>1359</p> <p>Nafaḥ&acirc;t-aluns.</p> <p>Another very excellent and useful copy of J&acirc;m&icirc;&rsquo;s famous &lsquo;biographies of Ṣ&ucirc;fis&rsquo; (see No. 8 in the collection of J&acirc;m&icirc;&rsquo;s prose works, No. 1357 above), with valuable marginal glosses and a complete index in alphabetical order, on ff. 443^b-453^a. This is not the oldest, but the <em>richest</em> copy in the India Office Collection, the number of biographies here amounting to 620.</p> <p>It is not dated, but on fol. 1^a there are entries from A.H. 1162 (A.D. 1749), A.H. 1183 (A.D. 1769, 1770), and A.H. 1196 (A.D. 1782).
