Correction of 4sU induced quantification bias of Spt6 data set

<p>This data set contains the GRAND-SLAM output of the Spt6 data set (https://zenodo.org/record/4275956) after correcting the 4sU induced quantification bias using the correction approach described <a href="https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.04.21.537786v1">here</a> and implemented in the <a href="https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-023-39163-4">grandR package</a>.</p> <p>The zip file contains the full GRAND-SLAM output, the *.tsv.gz file is the GRAND-SLAM output table.
