KPP-3 Artifact for WarpX <> ALPINE: Ascent + VTK-m

<p>This documents a run of WarpX with in situ visualization using Ascent and VTK-m. The simulation was run on Frontier (OLCF).</p> <p>ECP project ALPINE provides GPU capable C++ libraries (Conduit, Ascent, VTK-h) that can use VTK-m for rendering of multi-source, multi-camera scenes.
