Residential segregation by income in Spanish municipalities

<p>These&nbsp;databases contain a set of residential segregation values for several municipalities of Spain. On the basis of&nbsp;data on the income distribution of most municipalities provided by the Instituto Nacional de Estad&iacute;stica for the years 2015-2020, the databases contain the values of the Dissimilarity Index for all cities, towns and villages&nbsp;with two or more census tracts. Each database corresponds to the segregation of two different population groups: the segregation of the population below the poverty line versus the rest of the population; and the segregation of households with income above 200% of the median income versus the rest of the population. Original raw data can be extracted <a href="https://www.ine.es/dyngs/INEbase/operacion.htm?c=Estadistica_C&amp;cid=1254736177088&amp;menu=resultados&amp;idp=1254735976608">here</a>.
