Data generated and analysed for Lambert, Santos Neves, Bilderbeek, Valente & Etienne 2022

<p>This repository contains the data for accompanying the publication Lambert et al. (2022). The effect of mainland dynamics on data and parameter estimates in island biogeography. The results files are .rda files for R which contain the results used in the manuscript. The logs files are text files that were&nbsp;obtained via computation at University of Groningen H&aacute;br&oacute;k High Performance Computing Cluster (HPCC). Data was generated and analysed using the DAISIEmainland and DAISIE R packages. The code for these packages is version controlled on GitHub and is freely available in open-source repositories. See the Related Identifiers section for links to relevant archived versions of both these packages.</p>
