Twenty-two lines (Table 3) were assessed across the five haplotype groups with 5 lines tested for each of haplotypes 1–4 and 2 lines tested for haplotype 5. The median, quartiles and range of % total ion count (TIC) for the LC/MS peak corresponding to 1-O-p-Coumaroyl-3-O-feruloylglycerol (CFG) for each line (n ¼ 4) is represented, grouped by haplotype.
