Fig. 3. The protein–protein interaction using pulldown assays. The cytosolic (a) and microsomal (b) fractions were incubated with GST and/or GST-PtIGS glutathione sepharose 4B resins. The samples corresponding to (a) 0.656 and (b) 0.736 g wet weight leaves were applied to a 10% acrylamide gel. After SDS-PAGE, the gels were stained with CBB. The symbol "-" on each gel represents to incubate the GST-PtIGS glutathione sepharose 4B resins only with buffer. The staining bands of C1–C5 and M1–M7 were excised for subjection to MS/MS analysis.
