Fig. 9. Compounds 1a, 1b, 4a and 4b reduced mitochondrial dysfunction in H2O2-induced SH-SY5Y cells. Cells were pretreated with 1a, 1b, 4a and 4b (50 μM), then treated with H2O2 (400 μM) for 4h. The loss of Δψm was determined by JC-1 staining.
