H1246 mutant strains (transformed with the empty pYES2 vector) and SbDGAT1 variants were observed under confocal microscope. Wild type yeast cells (BY4741) were used as positive control and H1246 as negative control. BODIPY493/503 dyes were used to visualize the yeast LBs.
