Eleven OsFBN genes in rice were detected for their transcript levels in leave tissues of seedlings at the three-leaf stage with different time intervals after the 35 ̊C (heat stress) and 6 ̊C (cold stress) stresses in the growth chamber, separately. The OsUBQ gene was used as a normalization control; data was measured as the mean values ± SD of three replicates, respectively.
