Monitoring of Russian universal scientific libraries

<p>The results of an analysis of the websites of 50 regional universal scientific libraries of Russia (the main innovators in library services to the regions), the purpose of which was to identify problems in reflecting library, information and other services, are presented. As part of the study, free and paid services offered online and offline were analyzed and a rating of the most common types was given.</p>
