Hormonal basis of sex differences in anesthetic sensitivity

<p>Each JSON file contains XYZ coordinates for each c-Fos positive neuron referenced to the<br> Allan Reference Atlas Coordinate System. Each file contains n x 3 matrix (c-Fos positive neuron ID by<br> coordinate x, y, z). Each file is an individual mouse. File names distinguish which group mouse is part of<br> and which mouse number within a given group. CM=castrated male, WTM= wild type male, WTF= wild<br> type female. Reference annotation atlas can be found in the Dataset as well.</p>
