<p>This dataset accompanies the report 'Scenario Modelling for Open Research Europe', prepared for the European Commission's Directorate-General for Research and Innovation by Rob Johnson of Research Consulting, acting in the capacity of an independent expert. The data was extracted from www.lens.org in May 2023 to asset historic patterns of publication growth for a sample of open access journals and platforms.</p>
