Sparicotyle chrysophrii extracellular vesicle sequences

Predicted nucleotide sequences of extracellular vesicle biogenesis protein machinery and amino acid sequences of the hypothetical proteins identified in extracellular vesicle samples from the polyopisthocotylean monogenean Sparicotyle chrysophrii (Van Beneden & Hesse, 1863) Mamaev, 1984.

Sequences are in individual .fasta files.

For greater ease in navigation, a .xlsx file ("Protein list_Schrysoprhii_EV biogenesis_&_protein composition.xlsx") is added.

In tab A you will find the predicted nucleotide sequences of extracellular vesicle biogenesis protein machinery. Column A corresponds to the names of the proteins involved in extracellular vesicle biogenesis, and in column B you will find the name of the .fasta file holding the nucleotide sequence of the given protein.

In tab B you will find the amino acid sequences of the hypothetical proteins which compose S. chrysophrii extracellular vesicles. Column A corresponds to the names of the proteins identified S. chrysophrii extracellular vesicle, and in column B you will find the name of the .fasta file holding the amino acid sequence of the given protein.
