Original data for the manuscript "Distinct neurochemical influences on fMRI response polarity in the striatum

Accompanying manuscript preprint can be found here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.02.20.529283v1

Subfolders indicate data type(s)
Rat fMRI data is organized by stimulation region and contains subfolders for raw data and processed data; group templates and ROI masks are provided in a separate folder.
Electrophysiology and voltammetry data have been processed and converted from proprietary data formats to columnar formats.
Photometry data have been minimally processed to correct for channel cross-talk and extract hemodynamic signal components.
Pharmacological fMRI data are presented as subject-level response maps and clusters, ROI masks, time course data, and extracted time course peaks.
Rat histological cell counting and mouse bright field vessel imaging data are included in manually processed (i.e., scored) format.
Human fMRI data is shared as preprocessed subject-level 3d+t scans and processed group-level z-score response maps.
