These three images were used for composite image creation which is also shared in this data upload, under their B1_strain_name_Image#. For threholding work only the w2GR-C (Green fluorescence), and the RD-C (Red Fluorescence) were used. </p> <p> </p> <p>Due to a renaming issue, the composite images are mislabelled. (1-5 is 4_8_2, 6-10 is 4_8_3, 11-15 is 4_8_4, 16-20 is 4_8_5, 21-25 is 4_8_6, 26-30 is 4_8_8, 31-35 is 4_8_10, 36-40 is 4_8_12, 41-45 is 4_8_13, and 46-50 is 4_8_14 and 51-54 is 4_8_16 for Batch 1 which is seen in the files as B1) <br> <br> In batch 2 the mislabelled composite images are as follows (4_8_2 is 1-10, 4_8_3 is 11-21, 4_8_4 is 22-31, 4_8_4 is 32-38, 4_8_5 is 39-45, 4_8_6 is 46-50, 4_8_7 is 51-57, 4_8_8 is 58-62, 4_8_9 is 63-68, 4_8_10 is 69-71, 4_8_14 is 72-75, 4_8_13 is 76-81, 4_8_14 is 82-86, 4_8_15 is 87-91, 4_8_16 is 92-95)<br> </p>
