QSMs, Prunus avium, agroforestry trees, South-Western Germany

<p>The data contains models of 39 <i>Prunus avium</i> trees on a agroforestry research site in South-Western Germany. The parameters were estimated using a combination of terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) and quantitative structure models (QSMs). To reconstruct the QSMs, the TreeQSM software was used (https://github.com/InverseTampere/TreeQSM). Each file contains 30 QSMs of one tree.</p>
