The minimum flight temperature (MFT) values (*P <0.0001) and maximum voluntary tolerance (MVT) values (**P = 0.0009) differ significantly illustrating the influence of thermoregulatory behavior on the evolution of thermal responses. The heat torpor temperature (HTT) values do not differ significantly (P> 0.05) from one another showing that adaptation to maximum potential habitat temperature is independent of thermoregulatory strategy.
