data collection for [FLAT_]UNAGI with splitting procedure

<p>Edit in newest version, 15 Oct 2023:</p><ul><li>(<strong>important</strong>) there is a bug NEMO GEOMETRIC code (advection of parameterised eddy energy; see ldfeke.F90), fixed in the present version</li><li>processed data for UNAGI using GEOMETRIC updated</li><li>FLAT_UNAGI data <strong>not</strong> updated, as the presence of advection seems to make very little difference in the sample calculations (likely because that model is uniform in the zonal direction, unlike in UNAGI where a ridge is present)</li><li>ver. 2 contains a streamlined version of the data; see ver. 1 for samples of other data not included in the article itself (e.g. FLAT_UNAGI)</li></ul><p>=================</p><p>Data for "Energetic scale-awareness in an eddy energy constrained mesoscale eddy parameterization".
