Reconstruction of James Smock's 1796 Property
Destroyed during the Fire of 1807, this property located on Caroline Street was owned by James Smock. According to the Mutual Assurance Policy, four buildings were located on the property. These structures included a dwelling house, saddle shop, exterior kitchen, and an uninsured meat house.
