United National General Assembly Corpus (UNGA)
<p>The United Nations publish pdf documents of the verbatim records of the <a href="https://www.un.org/en/ga/">United Nations General Assembly (UNGA)</a>. Based on a machine-readable XML version of the documents prepared in the <a href="http://www.polmine.de">PolMine Project</a>, a linguistically annotated version of the corpus has been imported into the <a href="http://cwb.sourceforge.net/">Corpus Worbench (CWB)</a> and is published as the UNGA corpus. This corpus has been prepared as a sample implementation of the workflow of the <a href="https://polmine.github.io/frappp_slides/#1">Framework for Parsing Plenary Protocols (fappp)</a> and serves as "universal" test data for the polmineR package: A corpus of the UN General Assembly is most international test resource that occurred to us. Note that the language resource has not yet gone through extensive quality checks! The UNGA corpus that we have derived from the original pdf documents by preparing an XML version, annotating the data linguistically and preparing and indexed corpus is published under a Creative Commons License (<a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/">CC-BY-SA</a>).</p>
Catalan United Nations v1.0 test set
