Identification of microplastics isolated from Rusanda peloid (Serbia) with ATR-FTIR
<p>This dataset contains unprocessed FTIR spectra from the isolated microplastic candidates from the peloid sample from Rusanda Lake (Serbia). The spectra were processed with OpenSpecy 1.0 (https://openanalysis.org/openspecy/), an open-source spectral processing and matching tool (Cowger et al., 2021). The processed spectra are included as a separate folder in the dataset, together with top library matches for each spectrum. </p>
FURTHER RANGE EXPANSION OF THE SCULPTURED RESIN BEE (MEGACHILE SCULPTURALIS) IN SERBIA AND BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA (SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIAL)
<p><strong>Table S1.</strong> Records of <em>M. sculpturalis</em> from Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina during 2020, sorted chronologically. The unit record is defined as unique locality/date combination, hence, some recording sites encompass repeated recording events (being re-visited for various purposes); however, in few cases of extended observation of nesting activity, repeated reports are omitted. Source of data is abbreviated as: OR – Own Research (surveying by co-authors), or CSP – Citizen Science Project reports. Coordinates (Latitude, Longitude) are given in WGS84 system. Locations are given as broader toponyms and/or in combination with smaller units (municipalities, etc.), while coordinates were used to define the basic locality-units. Recorded by: co-authors are shown by initials, full surnames given for CSP contributors (but only initials if withheld by request). Recording context: mostly recorded on blooming <em>Styphnolobium</em> trees (49 out of 64), 7 based on nesting (but #46 includes both the nesting and observation on <em>Styphnolobium</em> within the same site), 9 were other contexts. Sex: F – female, M – males; indicates positively established sex of the observed specimens (some reports likely include both sexes, but undocumented). Sampling: number of collected specimens, followed by "p" if some included pollen.</p>
Sentinel-2 based maps of irrigated fields in Vojvodina, Serbia
<p>This dataset consists of classified irrigated fields of the three most irrigated crops in Vojvodina (Serbia): maize, soybean, and sugar beet. Maps were generated for three years (2020, 2021, 2022), characterized by different climate conditions using Sentinel-2 satellite data and machine learning algorithms. All maps are in GIS format (.tiff) where label 0 corresponds to non-irrigated fields while label 1 corresponds to irrigated fields in Vojvodina and as if could be used for further research.</p>

R m. mehelyi Matschie, 1901 - S Europe (S Iberian Peninsula, Sardinia, E Sicily, SE Italy, S Albania, E Serbia, S Romania, E North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Greece), SW Asia (Caucasus, Anatolia, N Iraq, and Zagros Mts in W Iran), and N Africa (N Morocco, N Algeria, and N Tunisia); possibly a record from SE France, and there are apparently records from Afghanistan, although exact localities are uncertain. R m. judaicus K. Andersen & Matschie, 1904 - Levant in Cyprus, N Syria, W Jordan, Israel, NE Egypt (including NW Sinai based on echolocation), and NE Libya. in Rhinolophidae
