FIGURE 1. A in Agaricus sect. Xanthodermatei (Agaricales) of West Bengal, India
FIGURE 1. A phylogram was constructed using ML analysis, utilizing a combined dataset of ITS and LSU rDNA sequences. Two taxa, viz. Agaricus langei (LAPAG141) and A. campestris (LAPAG370) of Agaricus subg. Agaricus, are used as the outgroup taxa following Basir et al. (2021). The tree with the highest score according to RAxML, with a final probability value of -InL = 7795.718820, is displayed. Bootstrap (BS) support values received from ML and MP analyses equal to or greater than 70% are given above the nodes (ML values left side of '/' in regular front and MP values right side of '/' in italics). Thickly coloured clades indicate Bayesian posterior probabilities (BPP) values equal to or greater than 0.95. Type specimen sequences are indicated in black bold, and the newly generated sequences are represented in blue bold. Voucher specimen numbers for the sequences are indicated in the tree after the taxon name, followed by their country of origin.
