Un mâle (Fig. 1a) et une femelle ont ainsi été capturés au moyen de deux pièges d'interception (selon le modèle de Brustel 2012). Le premier piège était suspendu sur un chêne mort sur pied dans une chênaie thermophile de plaine, à une altitude de 499 m (Fig. 1b). Outre cette découverte, ce piège a permis de mettre en évidence d'autres espèces rares telles Clytus tropicus (Panzer, 1795) (Cerambycidae) et Camptorhinus simplex Seidlitz, 1867 (Curculionidae). Le second piège, situé à près de 5 km du premier, était placé sur un hêtre mort sur pied à 869 m d'altitude. Cet arbre était notamment colonisé par Rosalia alpina (Linnaeus, 1758) (Cerambycidae). Ce second piège a permis de capturer en outre plusieurs spécimens de Stictoleptura scutellata (Fabricius, 1781) (Cerambycidae) et un de Mesosa curculionoides (Linnaeus, 1760) (Cerambycidae), deux espèces rares. À noter toutefois que de nombreux chênes étaient présents à proximité de ce hêtre. Malgré le long intervalle entre les deux relevés, l'excellent état de conservation des deux spécimens capturés laisse supposer une date tardive de capture (plutôt en novembre qu'en septembre ou octobre). in Tetratoma desmarestii Latreille, 1807, un Tetratomidae nouveau pour la faune de Suisse (Coleoptera)

Photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) data from APEX Fen, 2005 - 2006
Photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) data from the all plots of a soil climate manipulation experiment in an Alaskan rich fen (APEX). APEX Fen is located in the Bonanza Creek LTER outside of Fairbanks, AK. APEX Fen uses a full-factorial water table (flooded or raised, lowered or drained, and control treatments, as well as a moisture gradient) by warming manipulation (warmed, unwarmed treatment). We predicted that successional changes in vegetation due to our experiment would change incident PAR levels at the soil surface.
Murphy Dome: Hourly temperature of air and soil, PAR, relative humidity and soil moisture in three pairs of adjacent black spruce and birch stands 2012-2018
This dataset contains weather station data (air and soil temperature, relative humidity, moisture, and PAR) from 2012 to 2019. The data was collected in three blocks (A, B, and C) of adjacent black spruce and paper birch stands at Murphy Dome (access via Cache Creek road).
Caribou-Poker Creeks Research Watershed (CPCRW): 15 min stream temperature and chemistry (nitrate-N, fDOM, specific conductivity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, PAR) from May-Sept 2017
This dataset contains 15 min stream temperature and chemistry (nitrate-N, fDOM, specific conductivity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen) of streams draining the C2, C3, P6, and C4 subcatchments of the Caribou-Poker Creeks Research Watershed (CPCRW). Photosynthetic active radiation at the stream surface is also provided. Data is given in tidy format: each variable forms 1 column, each 15-min observation forms 1 row, and data is sortable by site and timestamp.
Gap PAR (Photosynthetic Active Radiation) at the Coweeta Hydrologic Laboratory from 1993 to 1997
Small canopy openings often alter understory microclimate, leading to changes in forest structure and composition. It is generally accepted that physical changes in the understory (i.e., microclimatic) due to canopy removal drive changes in basic forest processes, particularly seedling recruitment which is intrinsically linked to soil moisture availability, light and, to a lesser extent, temperature. We examined the impact of small canopy gaps of the type (snags) and size (~300 m2) most frequently observed in the southern Appalachians on the understory microclimate. We created artificial canopy gaps at two elevations (a.m.s.l.) by girdling trees in areas with and without a Rhododendron maximum L. (rosebay rhododendron) understory. Soil and air temperature (degrees C), photosynthetically active radiation (PAR; mmol m-2s-1), and volumetric soil water content (WC%) in the upper 15 cm of soil were measured along transects generally running north to south through each gap.

EEG Motor Imagery Dataset from the PhD Thesis "Commande robuste d'un effecteur par une interface cerveau machine EEG asynchrone"
<p>This Dataset contains EEG recordings from 8 subjects, performing 2 task of motor imagination (right hand, feet or rest). Data have been recorded at 512Hz with 16 wet electrodes (Fpz, F7, F3, Fz, F4, F8, T7, C3, Cz, C4, T8, P7, P3, Pz, P4, P8) with a g.tec g.USBamp EEG amplifier.</p> <p>File are provided in MNE raw file format. A stimulation channel encoding the timing of the motor imagination. The start of a trial is encoded as 1, then the actual start of the motor imagination is encoded with 2 for imagination of a right hand movement, 3 for imagination of both feet movement and 4 with a rest trial.</p> <p>The duration of each trial is 3 second. There is 20 trial of each class.</p>

Enquête par questionnaire humanités "Manipuler des données en Sciences Humaines et Sociales (SHS) : R, Python, ou autre ?"
<p>Ce sondage réalisé avec Framaform https://framaforms.org/manipuler-des-donnees-en-sciences-humaines-et-sociales-shs-r-python-ou-autre-1675889669 était destiné à tous les personnels impliqués dans la recherche et / ou l'enseignement en sciences humaines et sociales mobilisant du traitement de données (humanités numériques, sciences sociales computationnelles, etc.). Il a été diffusé sur la liste de diffusions DH, sur les sites de l'Observatoire des Humanités numériques de l'ENS PSL et de l'INSHS du CNRS.</p><p>L'enquête visait à mieux connaître les usages de la programmation chez les chercheurs, enseignants-chercheurs, étudiants et personnels de soutien à la recherche. Les résultats obtenus permettent de proposer un état des lieux de l'existant afin d'accompagner et d'améliorer les pratiques en proposant des ressources pour s'informer ou se former.</p><p>217 personnes ont répondu à cette enquête ce qui nous a permis de dresser un panorama réaliste des pratiques actuelles relevant de la programmation en SHS.</p><p>Le fichier .json permet de recoder le nom des colonnes.</p><p>Un notebook d'analyse est disponible ici : https://github.com/emilienschultz/digit_hum_2023/blob/main/2023_Digit_Hum_Exploration_sondage_v2.ipynb</p>

A GeoNEX-based 1km hourly land surface downward shortwave radiation (DSR) and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) product
<p>The dataset is produced by employing a well-established physical-based look-up table (LUT) approach to the GeoNEX gridded top-of-atmosphere bidirectional reflectance factor data acquired by the Advanced Himawari Imager (AHI) and Advanced Baseline Imager (ABI) sensors. It consists of DSR and PAR over both AHI and ABI coverage at an hourly temporal step with a 1km spatial resolution.
