Possible sarcopenia and depression

<p><span>We enrolled a total of 10,058 participants for baseline characterization from the 17,708 respondents </span><span>at </span><span>the baseline survey in 2011. Exclusions were based on the following criteria: those with no information about age (n=3</span><span>70</span><span>), missing height or weight measures (n=1,558), missing data on PS (n=4,302), and missing data on at least one entry in the CES-D.10 scale (n=1,420). For the cohort analysis, we further excluded respondents with depression at baseline (n=3,887) and those with missing CES-D.10 scores during the follow-up period (n=445)</span><span>.</span>&nbsp;<span>A</span>&nbsp;<span>total of 5,726 subjects included for cohort analysis</span></p>
