A large collection of ghazals, by Mîr ‘Azîz-allâh Ḥuḍûrî of Ḳumm, the son Mîr Sayyid ‘Alî Muḥtasib, in alphabetical order. The poet flourished under Shâh Ṭahmâsp and Shâh Isma’il II, spent thirty years of his life in Mashhad, and was a brother of Mir Shikîb, comp. Haft Iḳlim, No. 997 (col. 450 in this Cat.), Safînah, No. 259 (col. 220 in the Bodleian Cat.), Âtashkada, No. 481 (ib. col. 279), and Makhzan-algharâ’ib, No. 596 (ib. col. 328); see also A. Sprenger, Catal., p. 30, No. 348. The date of his death is not known; at any rate it must have taken place after A.H. 984 (A.D. 1576, 1577). Beginning: الهى بوى معنى ده گل طرز بیانم را کرامت کن زبان حال گلبرگ زبانم را No date. Much worm-eaten and injured. No. 659, ff. 242, 2 coll., each ll. 15-19; written very unequally, partly in Nasta’lîḳ, partly in Shikasta; size, 8¾ in. by 5¾ in.

(Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1,</a> number 284 here with notations and hyperlinks].</li> </ul> 1487 Dîwân-i-Âṣaf (ديوان آصف). A defective copy of the lyrical compositions of a poet, who, according to a number of chronograms on fol. 67b, and the names of the distinguished persons mentioned there, must have flourished under Shâh ‘Abbâs the Great in the beginning of the eleventh century of the Hijrah. His ghazals, all consisting of a very short number of baits, contain no takhalluṣ; but from the frequent appearance of آصف and آصفا in the beginning of baits, on fol. 66b, ll. 5, 9, and 12, and fol. 67a, l. 10, we conclude, that he styled himself Âṣaf, but he is decidedly not identical with Âṣaf Ḳummî, or Niżâm-aldîn Âṣafjâh, with the takhalluṣ Âṣaf, both of whom belong to a much later period and lived at the court of the Moghul emperors in India (see the other Dîwân-i-Âṣaf, further down). The dates appearing on fol. 67b are : A.H. 1008 ( ماواى خوشدلى), on the laying out of a garden by Âḳâ Khiḍr; A.H. 1012 (منزل خداى كريم), on the building of a mosque by the same; A.H. 1018 ( حيف از اعتماد الدوله ايران پناه), on the death of Shâh ‘Abbâs’ famous wazîr I’timâd-aldaulah Ḥâtimbeg (otherwise fixed in A.H. 1019, see Rieu i. p. 185b); and A.H. 1019 ( جانشين پدر مدام شدی), on the appointment of Ḥâtimbeg’s son Ṭâlibkhân (otherwise called Abû Ṭâlibkhân, see Rieu i. p. 187a), as his father’s successor; an earlier date, viz. A.H. 1005 (چشم من بینور شد), on the death of Amîr Nûr-aldin Muḥammad Ṭabâṭâbâ’î, appears, on fol. 68a, l. 3. This dîwân contains: Ḳaṣîdas, ḳiṭ’as, and tarkîbbands, with the beforementioned chronograms at the end, on fol. 57a, beginning abruptly in the middle of a poem. Ghazals, in alphabetical order, intermixed with and followed by ruba’îs and fards, on fol. 68b, beginning: اى زتو بند بر زبان نطق سخن سراى را فكر تو باعث جنون عقل گره گشای را No date. No. 284, ff. 57-95. 2 coll., each ll. 15; very careless Nasta’lîḳ; size, 7¾ in. by 4 in.

GHRSST Level 3C Indian-Ocean (IO) sub-skin Sea Surface Temperature from the Spinning Enhanced Visible and Infrared Imager (SEVIRI) on MSG in GDS2 format produced by OSISAF

This dataset is produced by the Ocean and Sea Ice Satellite Application Facility (OSI SAF) from the Spinning Enhanced Visible and InfraRed Imager (SEVIRI) instrument onboard the Meteosat Second Generation (MSG-1), Meteosat-8 satellite (launched on 28 August 2002). The dataset covers the Indian Ocean region with latitude of 60S-60N and longitude of 101.5E-18.5W. Level-3C SST, in the NetCDF format recommended by Group for High Resolution Sea Surface Temperature (GHRSST), is identical to Level-2P GHRSST products, 3 refers to gridded products and C to the fact that hourly products result from compositing 15 minutes (MSG) or 30 minutes (GOES-E) data.The European Organization for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT), OSI SAF is producing SST products in near real time from MSG/SEVIRI. SEVIRI level 1.5 data are acquired at Meteo-France/Centre de Meteorologie Spatiale (CMS) through the EUMETSAT/EUMETCAST system. SST is retrieved from the SEVIRI infrared channels (10.8 and 12.0 micrometer) using a multispectral algorithm. Atmospheric profiles of water vapor and temperature from a numerical weather prediction model, together with a radiatiave transfer model, are used to correct the multispectral algorithm for regional and seasonal biases due to changing atmospheric conditions. Every 15 minutes slot is processed at full satellite resolution. The operational products are then produced by remapping over a 0.05-degree regular grid (60S-60N and 135W-15W) SST fields obtained by aggregating all 15-minute SST data available in one-hour time, and the priority being given to the value the closest in time to the product nominal hour. The product format is compliant with the GHRSST Data Specification (GDS) version 2.
